Outlined to me what needed to be done, to prevent future intrusions. Quoted ma a price and said he could do the work the next day. The next day he showed up , on time, with a helper and spent several hours filling holes with a sealant, installing screen material around the base of my AC, to prevent snakes and rodents from using that as an entry point. Their attention to detail and pro-active follow through processes are outstanding. Alan returns calls quickly, was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of pest control and was priced competitively. They cleaned up completely after the new insulation install. A neighbor who used a different company for attic insulation replacement was left with a mess and didn't get all the extra attention to detail that Alan and crew provided at our house. She was impressed watching what was going on at my house and changed her company over to Alan and he completed her job for her very satisfactorily. They were able to come out the same day I called. They were very professional and the service was preformed better than expected. They removed all the insulation, sanitized the attic, sealed all holes and laid down new insulation in my attic.I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them for any pest problems. read less
