The next day he showed up , on time, with a helper and spent several hours filling holes with a sealant, installing screen material around the base of my AC, to prevent snakes and rodents from using that as an entry point. They cleaned up completely after the new insulation install. A neighbor who used a different company for attic insulation replacement was left with a mess and didn't get all the extra attention to detail that Alan and crew provided at our house. She was impressed watching what was going on at my house and changed her company over to Alan and he completed her job for her very satisfactorily. In addition, I had the plastic barrier placed on the ground and on the bottom of my raised floor. I also had them spray for termites to add another layer of protection. Now I am comfortable with the moisture in the air no longer damaging my floors. The owner, Alan, came by. Not only did he participate in the work, but he took time to explain and answer my questions. They removed... read moreWas quoted a price to remove and replace the vapor barrier and insulation under our Mobile home. They removed everything and reinstalled the insulation, but instead of reinstalling a vapor barrier, they installed a ground barrier which left the insulation exposed. After talking with Alan, he offered to fix it for free, but at that point we had already hired another company to fix it for half the price Wise Owl charged. He offered to refund some money, but after two weeks we haven’t seen anything yet. If you choose this company, make sure you get what you pay for! read less
